I've been looking for a decent breakfast/brunch spot in the I.E. for quite some time now. A friend of mine told me about attending B's Chicken and Waffles soft grand opening not too long ago, so I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad that I did! It wasn't too busy when we met up for lunch early Friday afternoon. Only one other table was seated. We both ordered the 3-wing chicken and waffle meal, with scrambled eggs with cheese and grits. My friend also had a side of breakfast potatoes. The server was very polite and brought everything exactly as ordered. The food was delicious! I thought everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also have mimosas. They're not on the menu, but I believe they're on the website. Looks like I found my new breakfast spot! If you're ever in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by.

The waffles were GOOD, Mac n Cheese good, greens were good. Chicken tastes like they use the same oil to fry and don’t switch it out. The tap water we were served had all kinds of things floating around in it. Or maybe it was the ice that caused the floaties in the drink. Idk, but either way we ended up just ordering soft drinks instead bc the water was a lil suspect . Other than that, I’d definitely go back and order it to go to enjoy at home.

I dined in this restaurant with my 2 sisters on August 31, 2025. The staff were very friendly. As soon as we entered into the restaurant, the staff greeted us. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon. The servers were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The food was fresh and seasoned just right. I had the Chicken and Waffle Combo 2; Mac and cheese, red beans and rice. It was a good amount of food for the price. I left with a to-go box for dinner that evening.

Ana, our server was very attentive. I detected a hint of cinnamon in the waffle, the chicken wings were perfectly seasoned and the mimosas were delicious. You get chicken and waffles plus two sides for under $18. I will be going back!

I enjoyed everything I had. It is really hard to find a restaurant that makes decent greens and mac & cheese, and this establishment definitely exceeded my expectations. Also, the chicken & waffles is absolutely decent. I’ll be coming back here again!

The food took a bit to come, but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Everything came HOT and tasted fresh. Like it wasn’t made until you ordered it. The chicken was very well seasoned and the Mac n cheese was the best I’ve ever tasted (sorry mom). The place is spacious, clean and neat. The atmosphere was calming. Our server Anna was VERY nice, respectful, sweet and caring. The lady who sat us was very warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and at ease coming here and eating. I would definitely recommend this place to all who’s looking for a place to eat a fresh hot home cooked meal. We definitely will be back!

I enjoyed this spot. Good food. I had chicken and waffles with two sides. Had the greens and red beans and rice. It was good. Good seasoning on the chicken and the waffles were made right. I'm not going to compare it to the staple out in L.A., but this place is close to it. It gets the job done. I will be back. The server was nice and gracious as well. Stop by and give it a try!

"Feels Like Home!" B's Chicken and Waffles is hands down one of the best spots I've visited in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles that made me feel right at home. The customer service was top-notch—everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The vibe is cozy and comforting, like a big family Sunday dinner. You can tell the food is made with love—true home cooking! The portions are generous (you won’t leave hungry!), and everything is super affordable for the quality and quantity you get. Highly recommend if you're craving comfort food and a genuine, feel-good dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
